Here at 6th Gear, we’re offering the chance for youngsters to get behind the wheel of our incredible new addition to our fleet, the BMW i8. With it’s butterfly doors and futuristic appearance, this hybrid Supercar really is something special. This innovative car is available for under 17’s to drive without a Driving Licence!
With an experienced Instructor in the passenger seat, our Junior driver will pilot the amazing BMW i8 for 10 minutes around our specially designed courses at Elvington, York, Blyton Park in Gainsborough, Castle Combe in Wiltshire, Dunsfold Park (Top Gear Test Track), Perranporth Driving Centre in Cornwall, Three Sisters, the NEC (Birmingham) and Bruntingthorpe. They will then be presented with a Certificate of Supercar Driving Experience at the end.
Please note the minimum height is 5’0”
Your day includes
- Driver Registration and welcome in our Registration suite/marquee.
- Introduction to your BMW Instructor
- 10 minutes driving the BMW i8 around a coned out course
- Certificate of Supercar Driving Experience

All family and friends are welcome. We also offer passenger rides in all of the Supercars on the day (Pay & Drive). And if your guests bring their Driving Licence with them they can also drive on the day too (subject to availability). Please note – No dogs allowed
