Q. What if I have not received my email voucher?
The most frequent solution to this query is to check your Junk or Spam email folder. Our Email Vouchers contain attachments so often get filtered out by your email provider. Please check your junk folder.
Q. Can I bring friends with me?
A. Yes you are welcome to bring as many guests as you like.
Guests can also participate in a Supercar Driving Experience or be driven at high speed around the circuit by one of our Instructors – known as a ‘Hot Lap’. This can be paid for and arranged on the day of the event as we have card facilities at every event. If you are a guest and would like to drive then please do not forget to bring along your driving licence. A list of Supercars available to ‘Pay and Drive’ and the prices per lap are on display at each event.
With reference to our Truck Driving Experience spectators are welcome to the venue but a limit of 2 plus the participant can attend the Truck Experience area due to space.
Q. How long will I be at the venue for?
A. Typically we ask each customer to allow an hour and a half at the venue for a drive in one Supercar and a further half an hour per extra Supercar chosen to drive.
In the confirmation e-mail sent out to each driver before an event, it explains how we do require each customer to arrive a minimum of 45 mins before their drive to allow for registration. Juniors, passengers and truck experiences must be at the venue a minimum of 30 minutes beforehand for their registration.
Q. What happens on the day?
A. On nearing the event location at any of our six venues look out for our yellow signs which will direct you into our car park. On arrival at our Registration suite, or large marquee at York, we will welcome you and ask to see your driving licence. After registration we will introduce you to one of our Instructors who will take you around the circuit as a passenger to answer any questions you may have, and take you through the layout of the circuit.
Depending on the package you have chosen there may be some slight waiting around until you are called by one of our Instructors. Catering is supplied from our specialist in-house catering facility providing hot and cold food and drinks; please note, this is not available at Three Sisters Circuit as they have their own onsite catering facilities.
During your time with us you will always be accompanied by one of our friendly Instructors who will give advice on driving technique, and guidance on braking, cornering etc. They will also be scoring you and you will receive a certificate at the end of the day!
Photographs of your driving experience in one of our Supercars will also be available at extra cost and presented in a 6th Gear wallet, captured by a professional photographer positioned at the edge of the circuit.
Our venue at Elvington also has an air museum and is situated near the historic city of York. Why not make a weekend of it?
One thing we are sure of is that you will have a day to remember!
