Q. When will my vouchers be delivered?

A.

All customers who would like to purchase either our driving gift experience vouchers or make a date specific booking before 3pm Monday to Friday will have their documents/gift vouchers sent out '1st Class Delivery' via the 'Royal Mail', please expect 2-5 working days delivery time. All orders made after 3pm will be sent out '1st Class Delivery' the following day.

All customers have the option to choose our 'Special Delivery' service, again via the Royal Mail. This guarantee's next day delivery before 1pm. All orders for 'Special Delivery' must be made before 3pm Monday to Friday.

Our 'Special Delivery' service is charged at £10.00 per order and each order must be made by contacting our offices.

Q. Can I purchase an Open Gift Voucher?

A.

Yes, you can purchase an Open Gift Voucher. We do advise this to be the best option if you would like to buy a gift of a driving experience/track drive and you are not sure when the recipient would like to attend or are not sure which vehicle they would like to drive. Each driving experience voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

You can add any value/amount onto the gift voucher for the intended recipient and they will be sent a brochure with all of our cars and experiences listed in it. Our open Gift Voucher makes an unusual and exciting present/gift for any keen driver or car enthusiast who would like to experience the fun and thrills of driving one of our beautiful and rare supercars.

Q. Can I bring guests with me?

A. All of our drivers are more than welcome to bring along as many guests as they like on a driving day with us.

Guests can also participate in a supercar drive or passenger ride with our instructors as we have Pay & Drive available at every event. You can choose to drive anything from 1 to 4 laps or passenger. If you are a guest and would like to drive then please do not forget to bring along your driving license.

Q. How long will I be at the venue for?

A. Typically we ask each customer to allow One and a half hours at the venue for a drive in one vehicle and a further one hour per extra car chosen to drive.

You will be asked to arrive one hour before your allocated driving slot to ensure that you are signed in correctly and that you are happy as to where you need to be at what time.

We dont like our customers to feel pressured on a day so if you are driving two or more cars then you will have a minimum of half an hour to 45 minutes break between each car so as to get refreshments and gather a clear head before the next outing.

Q. What happens on the day?

A. Once you have booked a driving experience with us you will be contacted soon after to be advised of a date, and given guidance on times to arrive. Your itinerary will also be posted to you at least 2 weeks before the event.

It is vital that all drivers bring with them a current driving license, and the letter sent confirming your experience date & time, otherwise you may not be able to take part

On arrival at one of our events, there will be clear parking signs, and notices indicating where to register. We will need a copy of your driving license at this point. Once registering is finished a short briefing will then be given by one of our staff, after which you will be taken round the circuit by one of our qualified instructors in one of our demo cars, who is also there to answer any questions you may have.

Depending on the Ferrari/Lamborghini/Aston Martin package you have chosen there may be some waiting around until you are called by one of our instructors. However free tea and coffee is always available. Catering in the form of sandwiches/soft drinks etc is also on hand.

During your time with us you will always be accompanied by one of our friendly instructors who will give advice on driving technique, and guidance on braking, cornering etc. He/she will also be scoring you and you will receive a certificate at the end of the day!

Framed photographs of your driving experience in one of our supercars will also be available at extra cost, from a professional photographer positioned at the edge of the circuit.

Our venue at Elvington also has an air museum and is situated near the historic city of York. Why not make a weekend of it?
